DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF PATTERNS
The pattern design process determines the shape and dimensions of the clothing details. Details have different shapes and sizes, depending on the design features.
GRADING AND MULTIPLICATION OF PATTERNS
Multiplying patterns is the process of enlarging and shrinking a base pattern. Multiplication aims to obtain the assortment of patterns required for industrial production.
PATTERN FRAMING
An important stage in the production process is the execution of the frames and their optimization. We perform framing on the following types of materials: plain, vertical / horizontal or striped, tubular or folded.
DIGITIZATION – PHOTO DIGITIZER
It is a process of transforming template patterns, edited parts in electronic format compatible with the GEMINI CAD system.
